RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Need to return something? Upon acceptance, items can be returned in their original condition for exchange upon approval or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date on the original order regardless of the payment method used.
Please follow the process below for returning your item(s).
Please note: In the event of a discrepancy between the value of the returns entered in the portal and the actual items received we reserve the right to recover any shortfall from you. If this is the case, we will contact you first.
RETURN POLICY
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit, depending on availability and approval some items may be exchanged.
Returns
MUST be processed through our
Return Center and
delivered to our distribution center within 14 days from original delivery date.
We will not accept any returns outside of the 14 day time frame. Any requests for returns exceeding 14 days from package receipt will be denied and not accepted at our warehouse.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. We do not accept items that are discounted, intimates or accessories.
Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages.
We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until you’ve received your store credit.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email for every action following your return status.
In-person return drop offs will not be accepted at our Distribution Center, Corporate Office, or Physical Store Locations. Returns are to be returned via mail.
We cannot accept returns for items not listed on your RMA. Any items not listed on your RMA or items not eligible for return will be discarded at our warehouse.
