RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Swank does not offer exchanges due to availability when items are received. Returns are non-refundable, please return any returnable items that do not satisfy you completely within 14 days of the shipped date for a gift card for the total of the item(s) received, for use online only at ShopSwankAPosh.com. Discounts and shipping fees are excluded from gift card balances. All items are inspected for defects before shipped out. We cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. If an item is considered damaged yet repairable, a 20% restocking fee will be applied before a gift card is issued. Please remember that you are responsible for the return shipping charges to and from Swank. It is recommended that you ship your package with insurance using a traceable shipping method.

Jewelry, accessories, makeup, intimates (swimwear and waist trainers)
50% off promotional items
***All non-returnable items will be denied and with the costs of the customer will be returned.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and ship the item(s) back to the online warehouse. Once items are returned to Swank Online, return status will be determined.
