How long does an order take to process?
Orders take 5 business days to process before shipping, unless otherwise stated. Once you receive your tracking number please allow 48-72 business hours for USPS to update their tracking system.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, however every item we carry has a bit of a different fit. You can find most accurate sizing when choosing your size for each product.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We know you want you order quickly. We work efficiently to process your order as soon as it is placed, due to this we are unable to edit, apply discounts, or cancel an order.
I have two coupon codes, can I combine them?
Coupon codes and/or promotions cannot be combined or applied to the same order.
What happens if I forget to apply my coupon code?
Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once it’s placed. However, the code can be applied to a future order if it is still valid.
Why isn’t my coupon code working?
Accuracy: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.
Expired Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.
Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.
Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
How do I track my package?
Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder. Additionally, all orders are shipped via USPS.
I placed my order, why I haven’t received a confirmation email?
You should’ve received an order confirmation instantly after placing the order. If haven’t received an email confirmation, be sure to check your spam.
I placed an order, but there hasn’t been any movement in the tracking?
Most orders leave our shipping warehouses within 48 business hours after the order is fulfilled (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). In super rare instances, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. To avoid canceling your order, it will be held until the item is available and your order is fulfilled. If this is the case, you will send you an email notifying you of the delay.
Why has my order been cancelled?
It is rare that your order will be cancelled. However if you do receive notification of your order being cancelled, it may be one of the reasons below:
- The item(s) ordered are unavailable to ship and does not have an anticipated restock date.
- The billing and shipping addresses on your order does not match and you’ve either failed to provide verification or your documents for verification have not been approved.
If your order has been cancelled and refunded, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your banking statement.
How do I exchange or return an order?
We currently do not offer exchanges, however you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it unless marked final sale. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Please note we cannot credit any grooming products, jewelry or swimwear for health and hygiene reasons. Shoes must be in original box and unworn.
For all returns, fill out the return form included in your original package. Be sure the return form is in the packaging with the item(s) being returned.

Please be aware that returns costs are to be paid by the customer. Don't forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on the way back to us. If you just so happen to receive a faulty/incorrect item, please email OutReach@ShopSwankAPosh.com with your order number and they will be more than happy to assist you.
How are returns processed?
Log onto our return portal here.
- Enter the items you desire to return for approval with reason and solution (e-gift card or exchange upon approval) of return - this could take 1-3 business days.
- Once approved, mail back your approved return at your local United States Postal Office. (Make sure you keep your proof of postage! You can then track them as they make their way back to us.)
- When your return arrives back at Swank A Posh, a return associate will ensure all item(s) have been received and send an email confirming it has been received - this could take us up to 1-4 days once it arrives back in our warehouse.
- You’ll receive your e-gift card or approval of exchange within an additional 1-3 business days..
What if my card is declining?
Check the billing information you’re entering and be sure it matches what you have on file with your bank. If the funds have come out of your account and your order has not been completed, please contact your bank and they’ll reverse the transaction as it has not been completed on our end. If you keep running into an issue, checkout with PayPal for faster checkout.
