Black Friday FAQs
Generally, shipping is 3-5 business days after processing and processing is 5 business days, weekends excluded. However, due to high demands and shipping delays across the country please allow additional time for your order to be shipped out.
Why haven’t I received updates after my confirmation email?
Once you place an order it begins processing the next business day. After processing, your order is prepped and packaged to be shipped. You will not receive the tracking number until your order is packaged to ship out the same day you receive your tracking information.
I placed an order during the Black Friday Sale from November 27th - November 29th, however I did not add the free item(s) because the website attempted to charge me for it, will I still receive the free item(s)?
Any order placed during our Black Friday Sale that met the requirement for the free item(s) of a $50 purchase will receive the free item(s) automatically.
Can I return/exchange my Black Friday item(s)?
All Black Friday items are Final Sale due to high demand.
I received an incorrect/damaged Black Friday item(s), what are my next steps?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please email photos of the incorrect/damaged item(s) received along with your invoice to Outreach@shopswankaposh.com
Provide us with your order number and let us know which item(s), if any, were not received. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible! Please allow 24-48 hours for an update.
Why didn’t the Cyber Monday code “SAVE” apply to my order?
Our Cyber Monday Sale was 40% Off the entire site with a minimum purchase of $50. (Could not be paired with any other discounts including the free item)
