Black Friday FAQs


Shipping Delays

Generally, shipping is 3-5 business days after processing and processing is 5 business days, weekends excluded. However, due to high demands and shipping delays across the country please allow additional time for your order to be shipped out.


Do you have a size guide? 

Yes, however every item we carry has a bit of a different fit. You can find most accurate sizing when choosing your size for each product.

 How do I change or cancel my order?

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an edit or cancellation of an order. Editing is approved based on inventory availability, and is not guaranteed. In some cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase and cannot be cancelled once a tracking number is issued. If you need to put in a request please do so immediately by calling Customer Service as orders can be shipped the same day of purchase. 

I have two coupon codes, can I combine them? 

Coupon codes and/or promotions cannot be combined or applied to the same order.

What happens if I forget to apply my coupon code?

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once it’s placed. However, the code can be applied to a future order if it is still valid.

Why isn’t my coupon code working? 

Accuracy: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout. 

Expired Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid. 

Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. 

Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.

How do I track my package?

Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder. Additionally, all orders are shipped via USPS.

Why haven’t I received updates after my confirmation email?

Once you place an order it begins processing the next business day. After processing, your order is prepped and packaged to be shipped. You will not receive the tracking number until your order is packaged to ship out the same day you receive your tracking information.


Can I return/exchange my Black Friday/Cyber Monday item(s)?

All Black Friday items are Final Sale due to high demand.


I received an incorrect/damaged Black Friday item(s), what are my next steps?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. 

Please email photos of the incorrect/damaged item(s) received along with your invoice to Outreach@shopswankaposh.com 

Provide us with your order number and let us know which item(s), if any, were not received.

We will resolve your issue as soon as possible!

Please allow 24-48 hours for an update.
