Typically, orders ship out within 1-3 business days from the order date. However, some orders may take up to 4 business days to process. Please note, Saturday, Sunday or holidays are not included in business days. Due to Covid-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in order processing. Orders may be subject to a delay and require an additional 2 business days to process.
We work hard to ensure all orders are delivered within a timely manner. Please keep in mind, the delivery dates are only estimated provided by USPS. On rare occurrences, packages may arrive outside of the estimated time frame shown.
Yes, however every item we carry has a bit of a different fit. You can find most accurate sizing when choosing your size for each product.
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an edit or cancellation of an order. Editing is approved based on inventory availability, and is not guaranteed. In some cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase and cannot be cancelled once a tracking number is issued. If you need to put in a request please do so immediately by calling Customer Service as orders can be shipped the same day of purchase.
Coupon codes and/or promotions cannot be combined or applied to the same order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once it’s placed. However, the code can be applied to a future order if it is still valid.
Accuracy: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.
Expired Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.
Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.
Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder. Additionally, all orders are shipped via USPS.
You should’ve received an order confirmation instantly after placing the order. If haven’t received an email confirmation, be sure to check your spam.
Most orders leave our shipping warehouses within 48 business hours after the order is fulfilled (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). In super rare instances, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. To avoid canceling your order, it will be held until the item is available and your order is fulfilled. If this is the case, you will send you an email notifying you of the delay.
It is rare that your order will be cancelled. However if you do receive notification of your order being cancelled, it may be one of the reasons below:
• The item(s) ordered are unavailable to ship and does not have an anticipated restock date.
• The billing and shipping addresses on your order does not match and you’ve either failed to provide verification or your documents for verification have not been approved.
If your order has been cancelled and refunded, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your banking statement.
1) Log onto our return portal here.
2) Enter the items you desire to return for approval with reason and solution (e-gift card or exchange upon approval) of return - this could take 1-3 business days.-
3) Once approved, mail back your approved return at your local United States Postal Office. (Make sure you keep your proof of postage! You can then track them as they make their way back to us.)
4) When your return arrives back at Swank A Posh, a return associate will ensure all item(s) have been received and send an email confirming it has been received - this could take us up to 1-4 days once it arrives back in our warehouse.
You’ll receive your e-gift card or approval of exchange within an additional 1-3 business days.
Check the billing information you’re entering and be sure it matches what you have on file with your bank. If the funds have come out of your account and your order has not been completed, please contact your bank and they’ll reverse the transaction as it has not been completed on our end. If you keep running into an issue, checkout with PayPal for faster checkout.
