1. Eligibility:
Open worldwide to individuals 18+ (or with parental consent if under 18). Proof of consent may be requested.
Employees of SWANK A POSH, their immediate families, and anyone directly involved in the administration of the giveaway are not eligible.
All entries must be submitted via email sign-up. Limit one gift card per winner.
Void where prohibited.
2. The Giveaway:
Title: Swank IRL: Jean Try-On Contest. Win $500!
To enter: Sign up for marketing emails and confirm your entry by clicking the email confirmation button.
Giveaway Period: April 16, 2025, 8AM EST to May 2, 2025, 3AM EST.
Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will be invalid.
Automated or third-party entries are not permitted.
3. Winner Selection & Notification:
Winners announced on May 3, 2025, via email from [email protected].
Winners chosen randomly using electronic selection.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of contact with requested details.
If no response, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner selected.
4. Prizes:
1st Place: $500 Swank Gift Card
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Publicity:
Winners’ names and entries may be published on SWANK A POSH’s social media platforms, website, and promotional materials.
By entering, winners agree to participate in promotional content without additional compensation.

Any offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate entries will be disqualified.
SWANK A POSH will cooperate with law enforcement if required.

No purchase is necessary to enter, and making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
