Cute, but runs really big

I've ordered this shirt 3 times and still haven't gotten it right. It runs super big, and each time I try for the small it's sold out

Not As Shown

The color is not as shown online. It is not like green. It is more of a chartreuse.

Color is off, Quality subpar

Looks cheaply made in person and the color is not neon in person. The seams are unfinished and it looks like someone hand cut this. Very disappointed
