Very stretchy/big

I ordered a large and was surprise at how huge the shirt was on me even after tightening it. I know that the shirt us made as ”baloon” style, but I'm pretty sure I could have went down to a small. I usually wear M/L in tops it depends because I'm a 38DD. The shirts quality is pretty good, although it doesn't fit me.
