These pants were as described. The level of quality was as expected, not bad. My measurements are 29 waist and 38 hips. I bought a small and am able to fit them. I had to pull them over my hips carefully and the waist is snug. Any tighter and the pants would be too small. The legs are stretchy and i would like the waist to be a little more stretchy. But I would recommend them.
